Nexus 5 debut now set for aps report indicates

The Nexus 5 will make its long-awaited debut on Thursday, October 31, reports Canadian tech blogMobileSyrup. According to their source, the Nexus 5 will be made available to U.S. customers first, followed a week later (November 7th or 8th) by Canada’s major wireless providers. Thus far Rogers, Bell, TELUS, Koodo, and Virgin are among those expecting the handset.
You will want to proceed with caution, naturally, as this is not confirmed by Google or LG and is merely a rumor. We’ve seen the launch date juggled around more than a few times and we’re growing extra cautious. It’s coming, at some point… but that’s the best we have to go on.
Should Google expect to announce and immediately begin selling the Nexus 5 on Halloween we might look for official invites to a press event or YouTube broadcast. Out gut says Google will want to provide at least 2-3 days lead time for optimal coverage and impact.
