How to update(or) Install Cyanogenmod 10.2 on Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300

I have categorised the installation process in 3 different ways to make it easily understandable.

Category I : Those who are installing Cyanogenmod for the first time OR coming from any other ROM’s.

1) First make sure that Clockworkmod Recovery in installed. If no then first goinstall clockworkmod recovery on Samsung galaxy S3

2) Download the CM10.2 & GApps zip from above link.

3) Place those zip on to your SD CARD.

4) Boot into CWM Recovery mode.

5) Select Install Zip from sd card >

6)Choose zip from sdcard.

7) Now first install the CM10.2 zip from sdcard.

8) Then install GApps zip from sdcard.

9) Now back to Main recovery menu & select Wips data/factory reset. (MUST)

10) Select Reboot

Category II : Those who are running CM10.1 & trying to upgrade to CM10.2

1) Download the CM10.2 & GApps zip from above link.

2) Place those zip on to your SD CARD.

3) Boot into CWM Recovery mode.

4) Select Install Zip from sd card >

5)Choose zip from sdcard.

6) Now first install the CM10.2 zip from sdcard.

7) Then install GApps zip from sdcard.

8) Select Reboot.

Category III : Upgrading from earlier version of CyanogenMod 10.2

1) Download the CM10.2 & place it on SD CARD.

2) Boot into CWM Recovery mode.

3) Select Install Zip from sd card

4) Select Choose zip from sdcard.

5) Install the CM10.2 zip from sdcard.

6) Select Reboot.
