Sony Xperia Z owners who have purchased their devices via Bell's official retail channels will be happy to know that the Japanese company has decided to offer an Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update in the not so distant future.According to a
tweet posted by Sony Canada, the Xperia Z will skip Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update and will be bumped directly to Android 4.3.
Unfortunately, there are no details on availability date, so Bell Xperia Z owners should stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
Sony Canada's short statement is a nice surprise for Bell Xperia Z users, even though it doesn't come with a release date attached to it. Hopefully, Android 4.3 will not be the last major update pushed to Xperia Z. We will keep an eye out for more info on this one.
